Letter to Minister Bishop on Fast-track projects

The Commissioner has written to the Minister for RMA Reform, Hon Chris Bishop, to raise questions over two projects included as listed projects under Schedule 2 of the Fast-track Approvals Bill; Project Kea and the Silverstream Forest Development. No answer was received before the Bill passed.
