An investigation into the Kapiti Coast District Council's progress in developing and implementing strategies to assist in the environmental management of two key issues for the district: water supply and sewage treatment disposal - including progress to implement the relevant recommendations made buy the Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment in her 1991 report.
