On the 14th of September 2018, Mr Upton gave an address to the New Zealand Institute of Agricultural & Horticultural Science Inc. Forum.
In his address "Agriculture and the Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS): How do we enable farmers to respond?" the Commissioner talked about methane, emissions pricing and forest sinks.
